Assure consistent quality by validating processes, handling system improvements, inspects products to assure that they meet defined standards for customer satisfaction, or any other metric of the contracts and testing requirements. Candidate must be able to plan, organize and execute assigned deliverables. Reviews processes that indicate how activities are performed, to ascertain compliance with Company and Local/Iraqi pertinent Policies, Procedures, Performance Work Standards, and Regulatory requirements identifying and communicating process gaps. Conduct interviews with Sallyport personnel. Prepare audit reports and present findings to auditees and Management to facilitate continuous process improvement. To support the adherence of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 18788, and PSC-1,2012 management systems. Perform other duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesTo observe, monitor and report as assignedInitiate action to prevent the occurrence of work or service non-conformityTo aid in ensuring contract policies are followed any nonconformance foundIdentify opportunities for continuous improvementA resource for departments regarding Quality conformity when requestedOther duties as assigned by managementJob RequirementsMinimum three (3) years internal Procurement and Subcontract experienceBachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance discipline or 5 years of experience in accounting or related area with knowledge on the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR); or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Procurement and Supply Chain Management and Subcontract Management requiredISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training requiredFamiliar with ISO 18788:2015 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1:2012In-depth knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality ManagementIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Highly recommend fluent (Speaking/Writing) in ArabicTroubleshooting skills are requiredAbility to work independently with limited required direction and guidance, highly organized and attentive to detail.
